1) Identity and Address of the Controller

The data controller is Real Sense (also Real Sense Brick) with registered address at:

2) Personal Data We Process

Identification & contact: name, phone, email, country/city.

Commercial/transactional: unit interest, inquiry history, preferences, sales stage.

Browsing/device: IP, device IDs, visited pages, session duration, referrer URL, cookies.

Billing/payments (if applicable): tax details, legal name, invoicing data and payment data via certified gateways (Real Sense does not store full card data).
Sensitive data: not requested; if provided, treated as unsolicited and deleted where feasible.

3) Purposes of Processing

Primary: manage inquiries; sales follow-up; pre-contract/contract steps (reservations/purchase); legal/tax/regulatory and security compliance.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is entirely secure; users should follow security best practices.
